COLOR QUALITY
Energy-efficient alternatives to conventional lighting technologies oftentimes sacrifice color quality for efficiency. While many LEDs on the market today focus on maximum efficiency, objects illuminated by them can appear unsaturated, washed out, or just outright strange. We at Yuji LED have eliminated this problem by capitalizing on our in-house LED phosphor R&D and production capabilities.
CRI (color rendering index) measures the accuracy of a light source relative to that of natural or incandescent lighting sources. Our LEDs have color rendering values of up to 98 (out of a maximum possible of 100), indicating that objects illuminated by our LEDs look the same as they would under natural lighting.
MORE THAN JUST HIGH CRI
CRI is the average score of 8 color samples. In addition to these 8, other test samples such as R9 (deep reds) and R12 (saturated blues) are often considered in evaluating color rendering ability. While typical LEDs have R9 values below 50 and R12 around 50, our LEDs have all R values above 90.
