- We offer free overseas shipping for orders over $300 for Zone 1, 2, 3 & 4. Discount will apply automatically at checkout.

Shipping Courier
- We use DHL Express, EMS, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or SF express to deliver your order, depending on factors such as your shipping address and our warehouse inventory. We will choose the carrier to best fit your shipment.
- You will be notified with the corresponding shipping courier and the tracking number once the order is picked up by the courier.
Shipment Delivery
- Please keep a close eye on the shipping status the courier provides and contact courier customer service if possible.
- If your product is late or missing, please contact your local courier customer service as soon as possible. Once being informed, YUJILEDS will try its best in contacting the courier to help find the product but is not responsible for the lost product while in the custody of the shipping carrier.
- If a package is undeliverable due to an error with the carrier, the customer will need to contact their local carrier customer service representative to file a claim. YUJILEDS will try its best in contacting the courier to help find the product but is not responsible for the non-delivery and the loss caused by the error with the carrier.
- If your product is damaged during shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact YUJILEDS at webstore@yujigroup.com within 3 calendar days of receiving. YUJILEDS is not responsible for damage claims or shortages after 3 calendar days of receipt. See our return & exchange policy.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
- Order destination country may levy fees such as tariffs and taxes that must be paid. Those charges are not included in your order total.
